For individuals

Know your glucose. Change your future.

Glucose dysregulation, or dysglycemia, shows up silently years before any diabetes or chronic-disease diagnosis. Wear a CGM to see your glucose continuously, then let Endobits read the shape of your curves for a metabolic status report, so you know where you stand well ahead of your next HbA1c. Clinically validated and loved.

The problem · one number, looking backward

HbA1c is a rear-view mirror.

And it's the only metabolic factor most doctors are looking at. It's an average that only sees the past, and it hides the glucose swings that quietly do the damage.

One number, once a year, looking backward. Everything in between goes unseen.
Glucose swings quietly damage tissue for years before diabetes ever shows up.
By the time it's a diagnosis, the window to change course has already narrowed.
You can't change what you can't see. Most people never see their own glucose.

Person BHigh risk

One HbA1c score can belong to three very different people, and your doctor is left to decipher which one you are. The average hides it; the shape reveals it.

What Endobits reads · the shape

Your risk is in the curves, not the average.

Endobits reads the whole curve: how fast you spike, how long you stay high, and how fast you crash. That's the signal a single number can't show, and it's what turns your data into a report you can act on.

HbA1c · ~6 months in one number Your real curve
HbA1c average SPIKE CRASH

The flat line is your HbA1c, one number that averages ~6 months of glucose. Your daily curves are what reveal your metabolic health. Risk lives in the daily curves: how fast you spike, how long you stay high, and how fast you crash.

Science-led · the 5th vital sign

Glucose is the 5th vital sign. Endobits reads its shape to find metabolic risk long before a diagnosis. Clinically validated, and built with clinicians.

Beyond diabetes · glucose is a clock

Glucose is wired into the 12 hallmarks of aging.

Glucose dysregulation, or dysglycemia, drives the core mechanisms of aging itself. Tap any hallmark to see the connection.

Questions

Answered.

Is this medical advice? +

No. Your report is educational and meant to help you understand your own glucose. It isn't a diagnosis or a substitute for professional care. Always consult a clinician about your health.

Is Endobits a medical device? +

No. Endobits is an educational decision-support platform meant to help you and your care team understand your glucose. It runs on top of FDA-cleared sensors and is not a diagnostic or treatment device. Use of Endobits requires physician oversight.

Which sensors work? +

Endobits works with the major continuous glucose monitors: Dexcom and Dexcom Stelo, Abbott FreeStyle Libre and Libre Lingo, Medtronic, and Senseonics Eversense.

Is my data private? +

Yes. We only read your data to run your report, nothing else. You can choose to donate your data to science and let us use a limited dataset for future learning, but otherwise we never use your information in any other way.

What if I have diabetes? +

Connect through our secure manufacturer API so we can analyze your data directly. With the API connection you can run a report on your last 6 to 12 months automatically, or switch on ongoing automated monitoring, either for a fee or by allowing us to use your data for learning.

What will I get? +

A free report on your metabolic risk and what's driving it, based on the shape of your glucose curve.

Endobits is educational clinical decision-support — not a medical device and not a diagnosis. A risk report does not replace your physician. Do not start, stop, or change any medication based on it. CGM readings can be delayed or inaccurate and may require confirmatory testing. If you have urgent or severe symptoms, seek medical care immediately.
